Job Description:

We are expanding our teams in Hyderabad and hosting a walk-in interview event in Mumbai to find talented individuals for various roles within our R&D departments. We are looking for experienced professionals with a passion for innovation and excellence.

Open Positions & Requirements:

1. Department of DMPK (Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics)

Qualifications: MSc / M Pharm / PhD in Pharmacology, Biological Sciences, or Biotechnology

Experience: 2 to 12 years

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in In Vivo PK (Pharmacokinetics) study design, conduct, and interpretation.
• SME QC review in ADME/PK and Bioanalysis reports.
• Experience with Modelling and Simulation tools: PK-PD, PBPK, Gastroplus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R.
• Research on Transporters and Hepatocytes (uptake and inhibition).
• Hands-on experience with Physicochemical properties: Solubility, LogD, PPB, GSH.
• Metabolism studies (Microsomes, Hepatocytes, CYP inhibition).
• Cell culture permeability assays (MDCK, Caco-2).
• IND-enabling studies.

2. Process R&D

Qualifications: MSc, PhD

Experience: 

• MSc: 2 to 8 years experience
• PhD: 0 to 3 years experience

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Focus on Process Development & Scale-up.
• Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, route scouting, optimization, and tech transfer processes.

3. Particle Science & Engineering

Qualifications: MSc / M Pharm

Experience: 2 to 8 years

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Crystallization, Polymorphism, PAT (Process Analytical Technology), Particle Engineering, Tech Transfer, and Modelling Studies.
