Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical instruments such as UV, GC, HPLC, FTIR, etc.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity
- Assist in new product development, process improvement, and scale-up activities from lab to plant level
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, quality systems, and documentation requirements
- Handle instrument calibration, sample traceability, and laboratory housekeeping
Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry (Preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in R&D / Quality Control
