1.Electrical Engineering

Role: Officer – Engineering (Electrical)

Qualification: BE / BTech Electrical

Experience: 1–6 Years

Skills: Substation, DG sets, Transformers, HT/LT panels, DCS/SCADA basics

2.Instrumentation Engineering

Role: Officer – Engineering (Instrumentation)

Qualification: BE / BTech Instrumentation

Experience: 1–6 Years

Skills: PLC, CSV, DCS, SCADA, calibration, preventive maintenance

3.Mechanical Engineering

Role: Officer – Engineering (Mechanical)

Qualification: BE / BTech Mechanical

B.Production – API & Formulation

1.Plant Operator – API Production

Qualification: Diploma Chemical / BSc Chemistry

Experience: 0–3 Years

Freshers: Passing Year 2025 eligible

Skills: Reactor operations, centrifuge, dryer, BMR, SOPs

Job Description: Exposure of API process and Unit operations like reactors, filters, centrifuges, etc. Exposure to QMS documentation as per cGMP and safety requirements. Knowledge about equipment operation like ANFD, filters, tray dryers, etc. Ensure the manufacturing process safety is maintained. Handle raw materials, intermediates, and final products for manufacturing and report any abnormalities, deviations, or discrepancies during production.

2. Officer – API Production

Qualification: BE / BTech Chemical

Experience: 1–3 Years

Skills: API manufacturing, GMP, EHS, batch documentation

Job Description: Exposure to Unit Operation and Unit Process automation (DCS/PLC) Clean and maintain equipment (cleaning records in BMRs), ensure safety guidelines and compliance with cGMP norms are being followed. Review production documents (BMRs, Log sheets, etc.) Ensure availability of appropriate PPE usage and safety chemical handling. Ensure smooth process flow, monitor batch timings and update BMR accordingly. B.E / B.Tech Chemical Engineering

3.Officer – Formulation Production

Qualification: B.Pharm

Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Descriptions: Exposure in Pellets, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Hard Gelatin Capsules (HGC) Filling, Documentation and Safety norms are mandatory. 

Skills: Pellets, granulation, compression, capsules, soft gelatin

4.Operator – Pellets / Soft Gelatin

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / Electrical

Experience: 1–4 Years

Skills: Equipment operation, changeover, GMP documentation

Job Descriptions: Follow safety and cGMP practices as per SOPs. Follow all process parameters to ensure product quality. Follow equipment cleaning and maintenance schedules. Follow good and maintain batch documentation. Follow SHE safety.
