Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Area of Expertise includes:
- Wurster coating, pellet coating, bottom spray
- Granulation (GEA / Glatt / Integrated Line)
- Compression (KORSCH, SEJONG, GEA, CADMACH)
- Coating (Glatt Coater)
- Liquid manufacturing and filling
- Sachet filling machines
2.Production – Packing
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / ITI
Position: Technical Associate
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Primary packing experience:
- Blister packing (Uhlmann / Elmach / BOS)
- Bulk packing, bottle packing, CVC
- Liquid packing
3.Quality Control – Formulation
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Experience required in:
- Finished product, stability testing
- Analytical instrumentation – HPLC, UV, Dissolution
- Handling of LIMS, Empower software, Waters HPLC
4.Quality Assurance – Formulation
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Experience required in:
- IPQA (Manufacturing & Packing)
- Shop floor activities
- Review of BMR, BPR, line clearance
- Equipment audit trails
