About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance to drive global food safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture within our Bangalore facility.
This pivotal role involves leading facility-wide audits, managing critical certification processes (FSSC, FSMA, Kosher, Halal), and ensuring the integrity of our food safety plans. You will play a key role in hazard analysis (VACCP, TACCP) and validation activities, directly impacting our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute food safety audits and manage global compliance standards (FSSC, FSMA, Kosher, Halal).
- Develop & Implement the facility's comprehensive Food Safety Plan (FSP).
- Perform rigorous Hazard Analysis, VACCP, and TACCP to identify and mitigate risks.
- Oversee robust verification and validation activities to ensure effective control measures.
- Manage & Mentor a team through training, oversight, auditing, and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Education: MSc in Chemistry or a related life science field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of proven QA experience within the Food Industry.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of FSSC, FSMA, Kosher, and Halal certification processes is mandatory.
