The Role Responsibilities
As a Junior Officer, you will oversee the precision-driven packaging process, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP and GxP standards. Your expertise will drive our Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and maintain the integrity of our global supply chain.
Core Responsibilities:
- Production & Compliance: Execute packing and documentation for assigned products according to BPR (Batch Packing Record), SOPs, and cGMP mandates.
- Operational Excellence: Operate, clean, and troubleshoot advanced packaging machinery, including Blister Inspection Systems and Inkjet Coding software.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous in-process checks, monitor environmental parameters (differential pressure, temperature, humidity), and report any deviations.
- Data Systems: Utilize Omnidoc and Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) for accurate reporting and inventory management.
- Material Management: Manage the movement of bulk, semi-finished, and finished goods; handle change parts and material requisitions (Additional Material, Return Notes, Stereo/Screen requests).
- Preventive Maintenance: Ensure equipment calibration and preventive maintenance schedules are strictly followed to meet global standards.

Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Graduate in Science (B.Sc).
