The Safety, Health, Energy & Environment (SHEE) professional will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy workplace by implementing safety programs, ensuring legal compliance, and reducing workplace risks.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc (Chemistry)
- Advance / Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI (Faridabad / Kanpur), CLI (Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities of Safety Officer
- Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide health & safety programs
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, OSHA, and local regulations
- Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and recommend corrective actions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and mock drills

- SHEE experience in manufacturing environment
