Experience: Freshers OR 1–5 years in technical service, R&D, QC/QA, or application labs in chemical, polymer, coatings, adhesives, specialty chemicals, or related industries

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering

Work location: Innovation Campus Mumbai (Navi Mumbai – HO)

Key skill or job description:

• Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Support technical service requests by performing application studies, product evaluations, and performance testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Develop and optimize test methods, formulations, and application procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, test results, calibration logs, and lab reports.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety practices, ISO standards, and internal SOPs.
• Handle laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, viscometers, titrators, pH meters, etc. (Exposure preferred; training will be provided for freshers.)
• Prepare technical presentations, data summaries, and customer documentation when required.
