About the Role
We are looking for a Lead – Gas & Chemical (PEX) to oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient management of bulk gases and specialty chemicals. This role is critical in driving safety excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement, while leading a team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Education : B.Tech / B.E (Chemical)
Experience : 12-15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations, industry standards, and internal policies for gas and chemical systems
- Oversee handling, storage, and distribution of bulk gases and specialty chemicals
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost through process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop a team to maintain high operational and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, EHS, procurement, and external vendors
- Drive audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action programs
- Act as the subject-matter expert for gas and chemical systems during projects, expansions, and troubleshooting
