As part of our expanding API & Specialty Chemicals operations, we are strengthening our Production team.

We are looking for driven professionals (0–6 years experience) who are passionate about manufacturing excellence, GMP compliance, and process discipline.

Role: Production – Trainee to Senior Executive (0–6 years experience)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech Chemical engineering

What You’ll Work On

✔ Reactor operations: charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying

✔ Batch execution as per BMR/BPR with strict cGMP adherence

✔ Monitoring process parameters (Temp, Pressure, RPM, etc.)

✔ Documentation, data integrity & audit readiness

✔ Coordination with QA/QC for in-process controls

✔ Exposure to deviations, OOS, CAPA & continuous improvement

✔ Shift handling & manpower coordination (for experienced profiles)

✔ Driving yield improvement & cost optimization initiatives
