1) Department: Quality Assurance

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer (IPQA & Lab QA)

Experience: Minimum 03 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Perform line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing and packing activities.
• Carry out in-process checks and perform IPQA activities in warehouse, manufacturing and packaging area.
• Online review of BMR, BPR, labels & logbooks.
• Check SOP's & cGMP compliances on shop floor.
• Carry out process validation, hold time study as per protocol.
• Conduct routine internal inspections and coordinate preparations for external regulatory evaluations.
• Draft, review, distribute and enforce standard operating procedures across testing teams.
• Lead root-cause investigations into out-of-specification (OOS) testing results and execute corrective actions.

2) Department: Oral Solid Dosage – Manufacturing

Designation: Officer & Sr. Officer

Experience: Minimum 03 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Exposure to Manufacturing operations like Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule filling.
• eBMR/eBPR/eLog.
• SAP/QMS.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.

3) Department: Oral Solid Dosage – Packing

Designation: Officer & Sr. Officer

Experience: Minimum 03 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc.

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Primary Packing & Secondary Packing.
• Expertise in e-BPR.
• Log will be added advantage.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.

4) Department: Oral Solid Dosage – Manufacturing & Packing

Designation: Associate

Experience: Minimum 03 Years

Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Exposure to OSD Manufacturing & packing equipment like Glatt, ACG, Fette, Sejong, IMA-PG, BOS, 230 XTS, Satellite strip M/C, A300 Cartonator, Track & Trace.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.

5) Department: Liquid Dosage (Jelly) – Manufacturing

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

Experience: 03 to 10 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Liquid exposure in manufacturing & filling machine like sachet.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.

6) Department: Liquid Dosage (Jelly) – Manufacturing/Filling

Designation: Associate

Experience: Minimum 03 Years

Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Knowledge of liquid equipment like tank, colloidal mill, filling machine like sachet filling.
• Handling of 21 CFR compliance machine.

7) Department: Maintenance

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer (OSD & Sterile)

Experience: Minimum 03 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Exposure of review and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Live with cGMP practices.
• Monitor and review maintenance records.
• Preventive and breakdown activities of equipment such as FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression, capsule, blister etc.
• Manage day-to-day breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.

8) Department: Warehouse

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer

Experience: 03 to 06 Years

Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc.

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Knowledge of RM's Dispensing.
• Maintaining Batch Manufacturing record.
• Maintaining all GMP records to Mfg Section.
• Maintaining product recipe as per SOP.
• Planning and supervision of manpower during shift.
• Making sure production facilities are clean and disinfected.
• Feeling and reviewing daily log sheets and daily verification records.
