Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) – Regular with 60% throughout academics
Key Skill / Job Description:
Experience in Batch Polymer Industry only
Experience in handling hazardous chemicals
Experience as Shift In charge
Experience in handling equipment like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps etc.
Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process
Candidate should be proficient in handling DCS Operations
2) Department: Mechanical
Designation: Senior Executive / Technician – Mechanical
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification:
A) Senior Executive: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering – Regular with 60% throughout academics
B) Technician: ITI Fitter / IMCP
Key Skill / Job Description:
Knowledge of RCVD, Screw conveyor, belt conveyor, bucket elevator
Reciprocating compressors, Rotary equipment's
Reactors, ANF, Dryer, Ejector, ATFD
Blower, Heat Exchanger, Axial flow Pumps
Graphite equipment, Mechanical seal etc.
3) Department: Instrumentation
Designation: Junior Engineer / Technician – Instrumentation
Experience: 3 – 10 Years
Qualification:
A) Junior Engineer: Diploma – Instrumentation / Electronic & Telecommunication
B) Technician: ITI IMCP
Key Skill / Job Description:
Candidates should have proven experience in Testing, Calibration, Troubleshooting, and Performance Analysis of industrial instruments
Expertise in Flow Meters, Gauges, Valves, Transmitters, analysers, and Weighing Systems
Strong knowledge of DCS
Foundation Fieldbus will be considered an added advantage
4) Department: Quality Control
Designation: Junior Officer – Quality Control
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc & M.Sc – Chemistry
Key Skill / Job Description:
Experience in wet lab testing
Analytical instruments (GC, GC-MS, UV, KF, pH/conductivity, ion meters)
Method validation, calibration, reagent prep
Sampling operations (raw and packing materials, intermediate products and finished goods)
