Key Skill / Job Description:
- Perform LC-MS/MS protein characterization (intact mass, peptide mapping, sequencing), including top-down/bottom-up proteomics, PTM, and impurity profiling.
- Operate and maintain high-resolution MS instruments (Orbitrap, Q-TOF); IMS-MS and orthogonal techniques (CD, DSC, DLS, FTIR, CE, AUC) are advantageous.
- Support analytical characterization of biologics/biosimilars and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects.
- Ensure GLP/regulatory compliance and prepare technical reports, SOPs, and scientific documentation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
