AMI Lifesciences Hiring for Below Positions
1. Department: R&D (CDMO, API Synthesis & Specialty Chemicals)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. in Chemistry
Experience: 2 to 8 years in API (CDMO & Specialty Chemicals)
Key Skills:
- API synthesis, process development and DMF documentation.
- Knowledge of ICH-aligned quality-driven processes, lab-scale optimization, product validation and technology transfer basics.
- Familiarity with KSM, intermediates and API specifications.
- Working knowledge of NMR, Mass and IR characterization.
2. Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / M.Pharm
Experience: 3 to 8 years in API industry
Key Skills:
- Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance across all QA operations.
- Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control and audits in line with quality standards.
- Oversee analytical data review and ensure strict adherence to data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
- Monitor on-floor QA activities, in-process checks and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain control over qualifications, preventive maintenance and calibration reviews.
- Prepare quality documents independently as per regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Drive automation, digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Department: Production
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 3 to 8 years in API industry
Key Skills:
- API Production, Bulk Drug.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and efficiency.
- Batch start-up activity and monitoring.
- Calibration of balance.
- Review technical documents such as batch records, SOPs, BMR and validation protocols.
- Knowledge and exposure to cGMP is a must.
