Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Key Skills or Job Description:
Strong knowledge of USFDA, EU GMP, WHO-GMP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) for sterile and injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in deviation management, CAPA, change control, OOS/OOT, and incident management.
Expertise in handling internal audits, external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
Strong knowledge of Data Integrity (ALCOA+), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and electronic QMS.
Experience in preparation, review, and implementation of SOPs, quality policies, and quality manuals.
Knowledge of Quality Risk Management (QRM), including ICH Q9 principles.
Experience in managing product quality reviews, APR/PQR, trend analysis, and quality metrics.
Knowledge of sterile manufacturing requirements, contamination control strategy (CCS), aseptic processing, and Annex 1 requirements.
Experience in regulatory inspection readiness, audit responses, and timely closure of observations.
