- Lead end-to-end API manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational excellence.
- Drive process optimization, yield improvement, cycle-time reduction and manufacturing cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS standards, data integrity and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor and develop production teams to achieve operational goals and build a high-performance culture.
- Monitor production performance, minimize deviations, implement CAPA and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, EHS and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
