Post: Manager QC

Experience: 12-15 years

Education: M.Sc. / M.Pharm (Chemistry)

Desired Profile:

Analytical and Quality oriented professional with exposure in Quality

Control department of Injectables (liquid & Dry powder) and OSD.

Plan, distribution and monitoring of timely testing and release of

samples.

Review of specifications, test procedures, SOPs and study protocols,

analytical method verifications, calibrations, review and release of RM, in-process, FP and stability studies.

Ensure maintenance

reference standards, working standards

audit trail verification

Computer system validation

Compliance to internal and regulatory audits. Handling of QMS,

operation and trouble shooting of laboratory equipment/instruments.

Exposure of regulatory audits. Coordination with cross functional

departments for timely release of product. Document submission to

RA to ensure timely submission of dossiers

Preparation and execution of annual training calendar of department

and imparting training in line with current regulatory requirements.

Ensure coordination with external testing laboratory.
